We require that all propane tanks be filled at the time of delivery.
Deliveries are cash on delivery (COD). You may pay by cash, card, or check. With check payments, we require a hold of an equal amount on a credit card so we can keep costs low and competitive.
We don’t lock in customers for a specific price, nor do we offer pre-buy options. You may work out an informal budget, but we’ll need enough money built up on your account to cover a delivery prior to one being made.
All of our customers pay on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis to ensure we can maintain low costs and provide you with the best rates.
If you provide proof of ownership – like an invoice – we will deliver. At that time, our driver will perform a five-point safety check. If the check fails, the driver won’t be able to make the delivery.
State law prohibits one company from filling another companies tank.
Our pricing is based on a drop, not the number of gallons used during the previous heating season. There’s no way to know until the delivery is made. Contact us for up-to-date prices.
Lease fees are standard. This fee is charged due to the high costs associated with maintenance, purchase rates, and replacement costs for installed equipment.
Call our office for delivery. Before propane can be reintroduced, the driver will need to do a leak test. This means someone age 18 or older must be home.
A propane leak test is necessary when service is interrupted, including running out of propane. There is a fee for this test because you’re paying for the driver’s or service technician’s time.
An additive is included in the propane to make it quick and easy to detect. Please go through the propane safety pamphlet with your family and take advantage of the scratch-and sniff-option that allows you to recognize the odor even faster.
Immediately, you must extinguish all flames and smoking materials. DO NOT touch any light switches nor start ANY appliances. A spark can ignite the gas. Promptly leave your location. If safe to do so, shut off the propane tank. Once you are safely away from your property, call us, whatever time of the day or night. We’re on call 24/7.
Yes. First, you must qualify for the program and apply through the proper office. The programs we accept are found on our Customer Resources page.
